General

Your Spanish Visa is an immigration consultancy firm that offers guidance and facilitates immigration processes under Spanish law. We provide support across the national territory for clients of all nationalities relocating to Spain.

Services Offered

Your Spanish Visa provides advisory and management services for immigration processes related to residency in Spain. The types of processes offered include:

1. One Free Intake Call Before Hiring Our Services

We offer a complimentary intake call to potential clients as a one-time service. Please note that if a potential client misses their scheduled call, they will not be able to book another one. We encourage clients to proceed with the initial payment to secure a dedicated case manager.

2. Non-Lucrative Residency Visa

We include:

• Legal and expert advice
• Thorough revision of the documents
• Creation of a complete application file (forms included)
• Interview preparation and appointment readiness
• Support with fulfilling any extra requirements
• Assistance with appeals
• Step-by-step detailed written guide: residence (TIE) card

We do not include:

• Translation costs. We'll identify required documents and connect you with our trusted translator.
• Fees at the consulate.
• Appointments through Consulates. This needs to be done by the applicant itself.
• Tax Liability Consultation.
• Schengen Visa Applications
• Real Estate Services
• Social Security Registration
• Travel Authorization
• Ordering of Public Documents
• Residency Card Services (TIE)

3. Remote Work Residency Visa (Digital Nomad Visa)

We include:

• Legal and expert advice
• Thorough revision of the documents
• Complete application preparation (fee included)
• Filling out and organizing all required forms
• Online submission in Spain
• Ongoing monitoring of your file
• Up to 3-year residence permit in 20 business days
• Support with fulfilling any extra requirements
• Assistance with appeals
• Step-by-step detailed written guide: residence (TIE) card

We do not include:

• Translation costs. We'll identify required documents and connect you with our trusted translator.
• Tax Liability Consultation.
• Schengen Visa Applications
• Real Estate Services

• Booking Appointments for Non Lucrative Visa services.

4. Visa Renewals

Continuity services for renewing DNV and NLV visas.

Urgency and Documentation Requirements

Only urgent issues involving government deadlines will be prioritized. Clients hiring the service with a Schengen deadline will not be counted as urgent.

Response Times

Time of response (emails and review of documents) will be as soon as possible, more likely to be 4 business days. Please remember that Case Managers have around 80 clients. Clients should check the Dashboard for FAQs.

Account Deletion

Client accounts are deleted one month after case closure.

Missed Meet Appointments

Missed appointments count as one of the three allowed. Rescheduling is based on availability.

Visa Change Policy

One visa change allowed per process. Additional changes incur a fee.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, full or partial refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of Your Spanish Visa.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Data is retained for 10 months. GDPR compliance is ensured.

Sworn Translations

Translations are not included in our service.

Payments

Payments are in two installments. All are mandatory. Legal action may follow for unpaid services.
