🏡 NON-LUCRATIVE VISA

Step-by-Step Roadmap

1. Eligibility Quiz

Take our 2-minute quiz to determine if you’re eligible for the Non-Lucrative Visa or Digital Nomad Visa. This is your essential first step.

2. Free Consultation & First Payment

After completing the quiz, you’ll gain access to a free 15-minute consultation with our Immigration Lawyer. Come prepared with your questions so we can make the most of your time.

When you’re ready (either before or after the consultation), you can make the first payment. Our payment structure is designed to be simple and stress-free, split into two manageable installments. This first payment unlocks:

  • A personal consultation with your Case Manager
  • Access to your secure document dashboard
  • The ability to begin uploading your documentation

🛠️ We present the 2-step payment structure as a value-added benefit: it gives you flexibility, builds trust gradually, and allows you to proceed at your own pace.

3. Case Manager Consultation

Once your first payment is confirmed, you’ll have a 45-minute one-on-one session with your dedicated Case Manager. This session can be extended at no extra cost, and your Case Manager will:

  • Guide you through the visa process.
  • Explain what documents are needed and why.
  • Explain the dashboard functionalities
  • Be your main point of contact throughout the journey.
  • Respond to emails (please allow up to 4 business days for replies)

4. Upload Documents, Review & Translation

This is the most detailed part of your process, but you’re not alone! We will walk you through it.

Here’s how it works:

  • Your Dashboard is tailored to your visa type, family situation and consulate submission.
  • Upload documents section-by-section (some sections need more than one document. For example, all passports if you’re applying as a family).
  • No need to email your Case Manager — we receive automatic notifications when you upload something.
  • Documents will be reviewed within 4 business days.
  • If your manager rejects a document, we’ll send an instant email notification. Your dashboard will then clearly show the exact reason for the rejection and provide step-by-step instructions on how to correct it to re-upload it.
  • Once all documents are submitted and approved, we will send them to be translated. 📌 Note: Although we do not include translation fee, we’ll recommend trusted professionals to handle this part for you.

5. Second Payment

Once all your documents have been verified and translated, it’s time to make your second and final payment.

  • This step covers:
✔️ The complete organization and review of your final visa application folder
✔️ Ensuring all documents are properly formatted, arranged, and ready for submission
  • With this payment, you’re confirming your intention to submit the application and move forward confidently. From here, we’ll help you prepare everything you need for your consulate appointment.

6. Book Visa Appointment & Prepare Final Documentation

Next, you’ll book your in-person visa appointment at your local consulate. (In some cases, your Case Manager may recommend scheduling the appointment in advance while you are still gathering the necessary documents.)
We’ll provide help and instructions — including a YouTube video tutorial. In some cases, your appointment may be scheduled earlier depending on the consulate’s availability.

We’ll prepare everything you need:

  • Completed and pre-filled forms
  • All documents organized into one PDF
  • Print instructions
  • A call, if needed, to walk you through your package

7. Visa Appointment Day

The big day has arrived! You’ve done the hard part — now it’s time to show up with confidence.

Bring originals and copies of all required documents, dress semi-formally, and arrive a little early.
There’s no need to feel nervous. We have handled all the preparation for you! Your application is complete, organized, and ready to go.

All that’s left is your presence. You’ve got this!

After submission:

  • Your passport will be retained at the consulate, unless otherwise instructed.

  • You should receive a tracking receipt
  • They may ask for additional documents later — keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder!)
  • If so, we will have 10 business days to respond. Let your Case Manager know immediately.

8. Visa Approval 🎉

Congratulations – Your Visa Has Been Approved!

You will receive your passport—with the visa stamp—once the Consulate notifies you that it is ready for pickup or has been sent by mail, according to their procedures. You will have 90 days to enter Spain, but your visa will be valid for a full year.

While we don’t handle the post-approval procedures directly, we’ve got you covered with step-by-step written guidance. We’ll make sure you’re not left in the dark. You’ll find clear and easy-to-follow instructions to complete the residency registration process in Spain confidently.
